Prior to becoming a Natural Gas Consultant, Wally Rashall had the following responsibilities:
1. Managed the gas processing engineering and operations and the pipeline engineering for an independent oil and Gas operator. The facilities included seven gas processing and treating plants capable of processing 300,000 MSCFD of natural gas while producing 1.3 MM Gallons of NGL product daily. Pipeline operations included over 1,100 miles of pipeline and over 110 compressors totaling over 45,000 HP.
2. VP and Manager of Projects for a medium sized engineering and construction firm. Managed and directed project managers and project engineers in the execution of multiple processing plant projects and bid proposals, with total project value at any one time ranging from $60 to $125 million in the 1970's. Responsible for the effective execution of fixed price and cost plus projects. Coordinated with the construction, purchasing, engineering, estimating and scheduling departments to mesh the needs of all projects and proposals with the corporate assets. All projects were profitable and consistent with corporate goals. Directed and controlled the development of quality proposals that resulted in profitable projects while complying with inquiry specifications and the clients needs.
3. Earlier experience was as Project Manager for several engineering and construction firms constructing gas processing, refinery and chemical plant upgrades and additions.
